We no longer have a refund policy as exhibits are free. If you have a pending exhibit credit from any previous airshow from RAA branding, please have the redemption code ready (if applicable) and contact customer support for further assistance. (Join the Discord, DM the support bot)

How do I get a booth?
You can get a booth by visiting our exhibit page.
Can I get free/devcam during the airshow?
You can ask staff in-game, however it is not guarenteed you'll receive freecam as employees may be really busy.
I'm an influencer/have a big social media following, is there anything I should know?
Contact our customer support. Otherwise, camera tools and free/devcam are available for the public for everyone to use. However, if you believe overcrowding may become an issue for you, please let us know in advance by opening a ticket on our Discord server. A plan will be set up and ready to execute in the case of overcrowding to better suit everyone's experience and keep the peace at FF.
